Shahram's story begins in Iran, where he embarked on a path that would set him apart as a pioneering inventor. In a time when communication devices were still tethered by wires, Shahram envisioned a wireless solution. Back in 1997, he brought this revolutionary concept to life, creating a wireless device that would ultimately transform the way we communicate. However, to safeguard his creation and intellectual property, Shahram decided to leave Iran behind and embarked on a journey across the ocean. 
In 2012, Shahram found himself in Dallas, Texas. Though far from his high-tech roots, he dabbled in various restaurant roles for about four years, soaking in the Texan hospitality and cuisine. Shahram's unwavering pursuit of his dreams led him to Silicon Valley, the epicenter of innovation and entrepreneurship, and he decided to open a Persian food store, weaving a piece of his heritage into the heart of Silicon Valley. His vision was clear - to offer a unique and health-conscious alternative to the abundance of frozen and fast food which is why he selected grilled options. 
Today, Shahram's restaurant stands proudly within his Persian food store in Cupertino. It is a testament to his dedication to serving high-quality, wholesome food Whether dining in or opting for takeaway, Shahram's establishment offers a delightful journey through the flavors of Persian cuisine, a cuisine celebrated for its balance and diversity.
